Greece Yoga and Exploration Retreat

Join me in Naxos, Greece! September 19-25, 2024. 6 nights and five full days we will find the dance between relaxation & reflection and exploration & connection. There will be daily yoga asana, pranayama and meditation classes taught by me and every day will also consist of a new exciting endevour. One day we will take a catamaran around the beautiful island, while another we will take a cooking lesson. We will hike, and explore town yet also have down time at the villa (which has a pool!) and the stunning Naxos beaches. You can also expect mat pilates, yoga nidra and a cacao ceremony. We will journal and dive into some wonderful self reflecting and expression.

You'll see pictures of the villa above- which is a two minute walk to Plaka beach! There are options to share a room with a queen bed, or options to rent out a private room to yourself as well as two rooms with seperate twin beds.

The retreat will begin September 19th at 7pm and end September 25 at 8:30am!

The pricing-

$500 non refundable deposit upon booking

$1600 for a shared room with one queen bed

$2600 for a private room with a queen bed

More about me-

My name is Kate ODowd! I have been teaching yoga since 2019. Growing up on a lake in New Hampshire I have always been very active and a lover of nature. What drew me to yoga was how the practice allowed me to find movement in my body while enjoying nature's best kept secret, patience.

I instruct vinyasa and meditation, as well as powerful classes such as sculpt, core, and paddle board yoga. I also lead yoga and adventure retreats where you can relish in all the day has to offer from sunrise to sunset.

You can expect to leave my classes feeling grounded, in touch and inspired to explore deeper into your body and the wonders of the world.
