This festive, cultural and family event, which attracts between 15,000 and 20,000 participants over the weekend, offers visitors the opportunity to explore the most enchanting aspects of the town.

On the menu: a varied selection of concerts, shows, folk dances, workshops, initiatives and entertainment reflecting the city's cultural richness.

In 2024, Dumbea will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the giant omelette, as well as that of the worldwide brotherhood of the Knights of the Giant Omelette. This event will highlight the whole of Dumbea, highlighting its diversity through its associations, services and partners. They will contribute to the event by offering free entertainment to visitors.

However, the main focus of this year's event will be on the famous giant omelette, marking its 40th anniversary. On Sunday, the worldwide brotherhood of the Knights of the Giant Omelette will be offering more than 3,500 slices of omelette free of charge to Caledonians.
